Shipping Policy

Once you have placed an order, whether please allow up to 2 days processing time, along with 2-3 days of shipping to orders placed in the UK. For international orders please allow 6-7 business days for the package to arrive to your country.

After purchasing, you will receive a confirmation email of what you have purchased, you will also receive another confirmation email once your order has been shipped off.

If you have provided the incorrect address, please email me as soon as you can.
However, if you do not email me before your package is shipped off, it is very unlikely i will be able to fix it, but i will try my best.

To conclude, All Things Deluxe is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged goods. We are also not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfer to Royal Mail to your courier, transportation strikes and delays. If your package has been lost or stolen, a full investigation will be made into tracking down the products, if we still can’t locate it, it is likely we will send you another one as the last resort. 

If we decide to ship out another package please note that all other orders will be a priority but you will receive your new item within 7 days.
It is very rare these things happen but please understand that if it does, it is the postal services doing, as their job is to safely ship out packages.
